Indy Gateway has begun the first step of completing the Chapel Rock Trailhead through the paving of the pathway. The next step will be to build the trailhead plaza in the summer of 2025. The goal of this project is to provide safe access for Wayne Township residents to the B&O Trail. The trailhead project will be complemented by the City of Indianapolis plans to add a multi-use path on Girls School Road from Perimeter Road to 21st Street, providing even further access to the trail for our diverse community.
